MedChat Chatbot

Living in an Indian household with my grandparents, I often noticed them struggling to access medical care via online services. To this end, as a personal project during the COVID-19 pandemic I created a retrieval-based chatbot using Python’s natural language toolkit. This chatbot is trained to provide assistance regarding adverse drug reactions, nearby hospitals, and blood pressure tracking. The GUI for this chatbot was built using the Tkinter library in Python, as shown below.
