Tabnam is a widget that gets reviews from your customers, analyzes them using AI and displays them on your website to increase your conversion.

My role:
I researched various natural language processing libraries such as HuggingFace, OpenAI, and NLTK to automate product review classification and display the results of what the internet is saying about a particular product. Our AI-powered product review engine webscrapes for user opinions across various platforms such as Reddit, blogs, review sites, etc. and uses natural language processing to perform sentiment analysis on over 2M+ user reviews. Finally, the engine distills the internet's opinions about a product and displays it in an intuitive summary dashboard format. The tool is now being sold B2B and is embedded into retailers' websites.
